Tip #1
Have a pen on you at all times! Whether it’s for school, extracurriculars, or scribbling on pieces of tissue when you have a brilliant idea.

Tip #2
Find a good budget friendly coffee shop for study dates with the barkada. Coffee is sustenance for college students, finding a place with the right vibe is difficult. Spend your freshman year finding your “zone”.

Tip #3
Take breaks! It’s 2021, the time to stop romanticising overworking. With the amount of work and impending graduation anxiety, you’re going to need those breaks. Taking a short stroll, watching an episode on netflix or just listening to music can be your escape, even for a short while.

Tip #4
Don’t be afraid to mix it up. There’s A LOT of group projects that are going to be thrown your way, don’t be afraid to mix up the people you are in a group with. A great way to meet new people and train yourself to adapt to different people, surroundings and work environment.

Tip #5
Have fun!!! You won’t get these years back EVER. Have fun in college, make the most of it.
